1 . 0 HOOVER MET STADIUM Daily and Weekly Cleaning 1 . 1 . Scope includes all areas of the stadium including , but not limited to : 1 . Main Level : Entrances , offices , concourses , floors , restrooms , water fountains , concession stand areas , ticket offices , first aid room , merchandise shop , stairwells , elevator , 3rd Base Club . 2 . Upper Level : Press boxes ( 4 ), suites ( 12 ), banquet room , patios , hallway . 3 . Lower Level : Locker rooms , restrooms , umpire rooms , training area , laundry rooms , miscellaneous rooms ( weather , photographers , press / media room ), foyer area , field tunnels . 4 . Playing Area : Bleacher seating , chair back seating , dugouts , bullpens , right field deck , pavilion . 5 . Grounds : Parking lots , lawn , turf areas , flower beds , grounds . 6 . Special Projects : Steam - cleaning carpets , grout / tile cleaning , pressure washing 1 . 2 . Staff Requirements 1 . One ( 1 ) Porter 2 . Monday – Friday 3 . Schedule : 7am – 4pm ; nine ( 9 ) hours per day including a one - hour unpaid meal break ; 40 paid hours per week . 1 . 3 . The schedule for daily and weekly cleaning can and will change based on event schedules , priority needs , special projects , workloads , and availability . 1 . 4 . Example Schedule – Items to be done daily ( weekdays only ): 1 . Administrative Offices : a . Vacuum / sweep / mop office floors b . Clean / disinfect and stock office restrooms c . Remove all trash from office areas d . Wipe down tables and countertops in office area e . Clean windows and windowsills in office area 2 . Concourse / Entry Ways : Blow / sweep debris from main concourse and entry ways 1 . 5 . Example Schedule – Items to be done 1x per week on the following days ( or as to be determined ): 1 . MONDAYS : Suites , Press Boxes , and Banquet Room ( Upper Level ) a . Vacuum carpets b . Wipe down and disinfect countertops c . Clean windows ( inside and outside ) d . Clean and stock restrooms e . Sweep / mop / scrub patios f . Remove cobwebs and dead bugs g . Sweep and mop banquet room floor h . Clean banquet room & wipe tables and chairs down i . Empty all trash
