The Owner will receive bids until 2 : 00 P . M . on Monday , May 4 , 2026 at the Administration Office of the Scituate Public Schools , 3 George Washington Highway , Clayville , Rhode Island 02815 . Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud after the specified bid closing time . The Owner will hold a Mandatory Pre - Bid conference at the site on Tuesday , April 28 , 2026 at 3 : 00 P . M . at Hope Elementary School , 391 North Road , Hope , Rhode Island 02831 . Bidders may download Bidding Documents by registering for a free account at Bidnetdirect . com .
