Description | Town of Windham , Greene County , NY is seeking sealed bids for Hot Mix Asphalt in place . Approximately 1 , 550 US Tons , type 6 - 12 . 5 mm top with a maximum rap blend proportion of 9 . 5 nominal maximum size mixtures is 20 . 0 % by weight of the total mixture . * No escalation cost in the bid . * The paving will be placed on Mill Street approximately 1 . 60 miles x 18 feet @ 1 . 5 inches compacted . * Milling for start / finish , blacktop driveways , and intersections * Driveways will have 12 inch bump outs . * Town will supply water , traffic control , and any necessary sweeping . * Work must start after June1st , 2026 and must be completed by September 3rd , 2026 . There will be a restriction on paving July 27th through July 31st , 2026 and No Holiday Paving |
