Description | The City of Wilmington seeks two ( 2 ) qualified hoteliers or host ( s )/ short - term rental owners to provide Optional Temporary Relocation Lodging Services in support of its housing rehabilitation programs . a . Provide safe , clean , and properly maintained lodging for individuals or families that are temporarily relocated during the City of Wilmington ’ s housing rehabilitation projects . b . The lodging must have cooking facilities in each room . c . The geographic area where requested services are to be provided must be within the city limits of Wilmington , North Carolina . d . Hotelier ( s ) or host ( s )/ short - term rental owners will be required to respond within ten business days of notification and provide Temporary Relocation Lodging Services . e . The contractor will meet with the City of Wilmington Community Development & Housing Manager as required to address / resolve any items hindering or frustrating the delivery of services requested . |
