Description | Provide labor and materials to remove the existing Trane WSHP 6 4 water - source heat pump and replace it with a Daikin WSCH036 water - source heat pump . Work shall include installation , connection , and startup of the new unit and installation of a new thermostat and thermostat cabling to the space being controlled . All work is to be performed during normal working hours . Scope of Service2 . 1 Demolition and Removal • De - energize and disconnect the existing Trane WSHP 6 4 unit . • Disconnect high voltage wires from the unit . • Disconnect low voltage BAS com cable from the unit . • Recover refrigerant in accordance with EPA regulations . • Valve off and drain water loop at the WSHP . • Disconnect water hoses from unit . • Disconnect duct work from WSHP . • Gain access to unit though ceiling , area to be roped off by customer . • Remove and dispose of the existing WSHP unit from the site . 2 . 2 Equipment Furnishing • Furnish one ( 1 ) Daikin WSCH036 water - source heat pump . • Equipment will be installed per Daikin Applied manufacturer ’ s installation instructions . 2 . 3 Mechanical Installation • Set and secure the Daikin WSCH036 in the existing location using duct lift . |
