Description | To supply labor and materials to replace one broken fan blade and hub assembly on CT 2 M - HFC - 1616410LS S - F47M4BB1143K11431185 . Contractor will retrieve the fan blade , hub , and assembly . Cooling tower will be LOTO upon arrival on - site . The components will be lifted onto the cooling tower . The grate will be removed , and the broken hub will be removed from the shaft of the motor . The replacement hub will be secured into place , and the fan blades adjusted for the correct pitch . The fan motor will be started to ensure proper balance and operation of equipment . |
