Description | Beschafft werden soll ein modulares UHPLC-basiertes Komplettsystem für die derivatisierungsbasierte Analyse freier und hydrolysierter Aminosäuren. Das System muss im Stand-alone-Betrieb mit optischer Detektion sowie gekoppelt an ein vorhandenes hochauflösendes LC-MS/MS-System betrieben werden können. Primäre Anwendungen sind Pre-Column-Derivatisierungen, z. B. OPA/FMOC, FMOC oder vergleichbare Chemien, sowie kurze analytische LC-MS-Methoden im analytical-flow-Bereich. Eine spätere Erweiterbarkeit auf fluoreszenz- oder MS-basierte Analytik derivatisierter GAG-Disaccharide muss möglich sein. |
