Description | The contractor shall , at minimum , provide the following : • Complete demolition of the existing temporary hot water heating system . • Provide new hydronic specialties , piping , temperature controls , etc ., to interconnect with existing and new hydronic distribution serving existing rooftop units and terminal heating equipment . • Provide new fire protection , electrical power , and temporary lighting to support the HVAC system installation . • Architectural provisions to temporarily remove , salvage , and reinstall existing ceilings in area of work including , but not limited to , patch and repair of gypsum ceilings and shaft wall . |
