AMENDMENT 0001 ( Dated 01 / 23 / 2026 ): This amendment ( 0001 ) is being issued to : ( 1 ) Change the date of the scheduled site visit and the deadline to request participation in it . ( 2 ) Extend the quote submission deadline . ( 3 ) Update the start and end dates of the Period of Performance ( POP ) on the resulting award . Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0103 is issued as a Request for Quotation ( RFQ ) for HVAC Preventative Maintenance Services that shall include a base and four option years . The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular ( FAC ) Number 2025 - 06 dated 08 / 27 / 2025 . This acquisition is set - aside for small business concerns . This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference . The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238220 The small business size standard is $ 19 . 0 Million This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set - Aside . All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency . The Agriculture Priorities and Allocations System ( APAS ) and assigned rating are not applicable to this solicitation .
