Description | The existing mechanical HVAC system is a multiple RTU forced air system of various sizes and ages . The entire system should be evaluated either for repairs to extend the life of the units or for replacement . The Partnership issues this Request for Proposals (“ RFP ”) from qualified contractors to inspect the current HVAC system at the Property , advise Partnership staff on a recommended approach , and execute the selected approach ( the “ Services ”). Scope of Services Minimally , the qualified contractor will ( 1 ) inspect the current HVAC system , ( 2 ) advise the Partnership on a recommended approach to repair and / or replace the current HVAC system , and ( 3 ) execute the selected approach . It is anticipated that the selected contractor will work closely with the Partnership and its property management team to identify the most appropriate and efficient approach for repairing and / or replacing the existing HVAC system . |
