Description : DeGray Convention Center HVAC System Replacement Scope of Work : Currently , the HVAC system at Lake DeGray Resort State Park ’ s Convention Center is no longer heating and cooling efficiently due to outdated parts that cannot be repaired or replaced . The extent of this project includes removal and proper disposal of eight ( 8 ) existing heat pump units , including air handlers , and the furnishing and installation of eight ( 8 ) new heat pump units , air handlers , refrigerant lines , and thermostats if required . Scope of work includes , but is not limited to : 1 . Inspection and Assessment : Detailed inspection and assessment of existing heat pumps and related infrastructure . 2 . Removal : Safe removal and proper disposal of existing units . 3 . Installation : Installation including all necessary connections , controls , and auxiliary equipment . 4 . Testing : Comprehensive testing of the new heat pump units to ensure optimal performance . 5 . Training : Providing training for Park Maintenance Staff on the operation and maintenance of the new units . 6 . Contractor to provide electronic and / or hard copies of O & M manuals for new units . 7 . Compliance : Ensuring all work meets local building codes , safety regulations , and manufacturer specifications . 8 . Ductwork : Build , install , and / or reroute ductwork where systems will be located . Contractor must reroute electrical to new location of units , and reuse disconnects .
