Description | Provide and install a maximum of five ( 5 ) HVAC split units located in the Kanawha the County Courthouse as follows : A . Unit # 1 Heat pump located in the Mail Room B . Unit # 7 Heat pump located in the Commission IT Department C . Unit # 8 Heat pump located in the Sheriffs Tax Server Room D . Unit # 9 Heat pump located in the Fiduciary Office E . Unit # 49 Heat pump located in the Sheriffs Tax Office 2 . 3 . 4 . 5 . 6 . Old units will be recycled by the Owner . New T - stats , safety pans , condensate switches and heater kits are to be installed for each unit . Line sets are to be changed where needed . New disconnects are to be installed where needed . Acceptable equipment manufacturers are Carrier , Carrier House Brands , York or Trane units . |
