Description | 1 . Demolition of existing water source heat pump system including the fan coil units , controls , heat pumps , and heat exchanger with the associated pumps . 2 . Provision and installation of new heat pumps , fan coil units and controls with some new ductwork . 3 . Provision and installation of a cooling tower for heat rejection . 4 . Provision and installation of an electric boiler for heat addition . 5 . Patch and repair to match existing of all walls and ceilings damaged during demolition and removal of old and installation of new equipment . 6 . Electrical : Provide removal and relocation of existing HVAC equipment circuits and provide new circuits for HVAC equipment , to include all breakers , conduit , wire and disconnects as specified . 7 . Offsite disposal of all removed materials . |
