Contractor shall provide the following services : ANNUAL HYDRO JETTING SERVICES : A . Company must bring a Hydro Jetter to work site B . Hydro jet all Kitchen sinks , drains , and cleanouts 1 . Six ( 6 ) Floor Sinks 2 ” with p - traps 2 . Five ( 5 ) Floor Drains 2 ” with p - Traps 3 . Hydrojet thirteen ( 13 ) 4 ” water cleanouts C . Hydro jet Mechanical Room ( RM 151 ) sinks , drains , and cleanouts 1 . Three ( 3 ) floor sinks 2 ” with p - traps 2 . One ( 1 ) floor drain 2 ” with p - trap 3 . Two ( 2 ) water cleanouts 4 ” D . All cleanouts must be inspected with a camera after cleaning to ensure proper clearance . Any issues , impairment , or damage noticed in the inspection must be reported to the Chief Engineer or his representative on site . E Clean work areas upon completion of hydro jetting . 1 . All work shall be coordinated and approved by CalVet Contract Manager or designated representative . Services shall be performed at night starting at 7 : 00pm ( 1900hrs ). No work is to be performed on State holidays or on an overtime basis unless prior approval is received in writing from the CalVet Contract Manager , prior to this work taking place . Any and all services performed outside the scope of this Agreement or not approved by the CalVet Contract Manager , or designated representative , will be at the sole risk and expense of the Contractor .
