Description | A . Contractor shall remove and utilize or otherwise dispose of hydrosolids generated at the Portsmouth Water Treatment Facility in Madbury NH ( 60 Freshet Road ) in a manner permitted by federal and / or state environmental regulations and protocols . B . Contractor shall supply and operate loader to remove the hydrosolids from the storage bunker and load on to Contractor ’ s trucks for hauling . C . Contractor shall perform all testing and analysis of the hydrosolids to comply with New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services ( NHDES ) regulations . D . Contractor shall perform all recordkeeping and compliance reporting . Copies of documents referencing the Water Treatment Plant or its hydrosolids , and location of beneficial use and / or disposal shall be supplied to Portsmouth . |
