Description | The replacement of the existing Digester 4 floating cover with a fixed stainless - steel cover , including but not limited to the demolition of the existing floating cover , installation of the new fixed cover , removal and reinstallation of associated safety valves , level transmitters , and other associated appurtenances / supporting facilities , and other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans and technical specifications . In general , the major work items include : The replacement of the existing Digester 4 floating cover with a fixed stainless - steel cover , including but not limited to the demolition of the existing floating cover , installation of the new fixed cover , removal and reinstallation of associated safety valves , level transmitters , and other associated appurtenances / supporting facilities , and other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans and technical specifications . The Bidders attention is directed to Nevada Revised Statutes 338 . 01165 setting forth the requirements for the use of apprentices on public works which requires a contractor or subcontractor to comply with certain requirements relating to the use of apprentices on public works . |
