Description | The 42d Contracting Squadron , Maxwell AFB , AL , is conducting market research to identify sources capable of providing annual hardware and software maintenance support for two ( 2 ) Imaging Business Machines LLC ( IBML ) ImageTrac 6 Lite high - speed document scanners , located at the Air Force Historical Research Agency ( AFHRA ). The Government has identified Imaging Business Machines LLC ( IBML ) as the only known source capable of providing the required proprietary support . This notice is to determine if any other sources are capable of meeting the Government ' s requirement . The required services include annual post - warranty hardware and software support , telephone and on - site technical assistance with a 4 - hour response time ( 13x5 ), Defective Media Retention ( DMR ), and a one - time maintenance reinstatement inspection for both scanners . The full details of the requirement are included in the attached draft Statement of Work ( SOW ). |
