Country: Serbia of the Assignment:The purpose of this consultancy is to provide support in the implementation ofCouncil Decision 2025/2587 in support of SEESAC for the implementation of the regional roadmap on combating illicit arms trafficking in the Western Balkans and to disarmament and arms control activities in South-East and East Europe.To support preparation and analysis of reports within the Western Balkans SALW Control Roadmap, as part of the monitoring framework established covering progress at regional level and at the individual level of each jurisdiction in the Western Balkans. Additionally, theResearch and Reporting Expertwill support gender mainstreaming related activities as planned by UNDP SEESAC activities, as well as the project progress reports.Period of assignment/services: 5 September2026 – 15 July 2027Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
