Its new Strategic Plan (2026–2029) focuses on prosperity, effective governance, crisis resilience and a healthy planet, driven by digital transformation, sustainable finance and gender equality as key accelerators. Gender equality is treated both as a goal and a catalyst for broader progress across economic, environmental and governance outcomes The UNDP Bangkok Regional Hub advances this agenda by integrating gender equality into regional and country-level strategies. As part of this effort, the Hub is adapting UNDP’s Care Georeferencing Tool (CGT) to address care, climate and gender data gaps in Asia-Pacific.
