The Office of Facilities and Property Management is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the purpose of establishing a contract for Ice Machine Repair and Servicing the Ice Machines . The Office of Facilities and Property Management ( OFPM ) intends to select vendor ( s ) to perform semi - annual servicing and on - call work to repair ice machines . 4 . 1 . Term of Contract : The awarded contract will be from : Date of contract execution through March 1 , 2031 . 4 . 2 . All of the machines are located in the Capital Complex , Cedar Crest , and the OFPM Grounds Shop in Topeka , KS . Additionally , as the current ice machines wear out and it becomes no longer feasible to repair them , the vendor is to submit bid / cost to replace machines with contractor - owned machines . This will allow vendor to eventually replace and own all ice machines . Bid submissions will be awarded by OFPM based on lowest bid that fully meets all specifications . 4 . 3 . The Office of Property Management reserves the right to add locations as needed within the Capital Area , Cedar Crest and other new facilities near the Capital Complex . If this need arises contractor will be responsible for installation and maintenance at new location . Location will be added to the contract through the office of Procurement and Contracts .
