Vendor shall be responsible for providing all services listed in BidBuy Line - Item Numbers 1 - 4 of solicitation . Vendor shall provide all labor , tools , parts , materials , instrumentation , and equipment to provide basic burial services for individuals in custody , transportation of remains to funeral home , transportation of remains to cemetery , grave plot for burial , receptacle , and digging of grave . All services provided shall be performed to comply with all state , federal , and local laws . Vendor shall not perform services , provide supplies , or incur additional expenses without prior approval from the Centralia Correctional Center Chief Administrative Officer and Business Administrator . Vendor and Vendor ’ s employees must possess all necessary state and local permits and licenses . Vendor shall only provide service upon written request by the Chief Administrative Officer or facility designee . Vendor shall provide results of the medical examiner to Centralia Correctional Center . Upon completion of services , Vendor shall provide written proof of completed services , shall provide location of plot and plot number , and shall provide a detailed invoice . Vendor shall provide the Centralia Correctional Center with copies of licenses , certifications of insurance , etc ., as requested .
