Description | Coordinate and schedule work with the State Project Manager and Facility Manager Work is scheduled for normal business hours , M - F 7 : 30 am to 4 pm . After - hours ’ work is possible , when necessary , with prior approval from the Manager . If electrical circuits are present in the intended work areas , coordinate with State Facility Manager for Lock Out / Tag Out ( LO / TO ). Contractor responsible for verifying all existing conditions when selecting new equipment , to include but not limited to sizing , electrical , temperature controls , roof curbs , duct sizing , etc . for turnkey project Contractor responsible to include but not limited to demo of existing RTUS , recovery of old refrigerants per state / local requirements , disposal off site , replace / repair of any portion of roof and / or curb damaged during demo to ensure dried - in and roof warranty coordination if necessary ; for new units , shipping , storage , labor , materials for turnkey project , disposal off site , all inspections / reviews by local or state authorities as required , providing warranty and O & M documentation , warranty management , etc . A final quality inspection shall be conducted with the State Project Manager . |
