Smith Road . This new location roadway will go through the current Georgia Renaissance Festival property to connect to Duncan Park . There will also be widening along Virlyn B . Smith Road for a right turn deceleration lane to the new roadway . Questions of a technical nature should be submitted in writing to the City of Fairburn via electronic mail , to the procurement inbox : purchasing @ fairburn . com . The last day that questions can be submitted isNovember 26th , 2025 , at 5pm . All questions MUST be in writing ( e - mail ), no questions will be answered verbally .
