Description | Parker Water & Sanitation District ( Owner ) is requesting Bids for the construction of the follwoing Project : Challenger Park Subdivision LoopRequests for Clarification aredue by Monday , April 6 , 2026 at 2 : 00 PM local time via emailto Alex Sofranko ( asofranko @ pwsd . org ). Bids for the construction of the Project shall besubmitted to Bidnet by Friday , April 24 at 2 : 00 PM local time . Contractors shall be notified by email or phone as to the results of bidding . The Challenger Park Subdivision Loop Project will include installation of approximately 679 linear feet of 12 - inch polyvinyl chloride ( PVC ), AWWA C900 , potable water pipeline , connecting to an existing 16 - inch potable waterline and an existing 8 - inch potable waterline .
