The purchaser will not be authorized to utilize a Statement of Intent (SOI) destination in a state which regulates PCB levels at a more stringent level than 40 CFR 761 unless the transformer PCBs levels are under the state regulated level. Example: CA, OR, and WA regulate PCBs if >5 PPM. SOI destinations in these states can receive transformers from these sales if the transformer PCBs levels are less than 5 PPM This is NOT a service contract |
