Removal of Existing Roll - up Doors 1 ) Contractor shall remove and legally dispose of the existing 20 roll - up doors and all associated hardware as identified in this Exhibit A , Scope of Work . 2 ) Contractor shall remove the existing roll - up doors in such a way as to minimize damage to the portions remaining on the building . Remaining portions that are damaged by Contractor ' s operation shall be restored to their original condition at Contractor ' s sole expense . 3 ) Contractor shall secure door openings should roll - up door installation not be complete by the end of any service day , as determined by Caltrans Contract Manager , in his / her sole discretion . 4 ) Contractor shall not leave any door inoperable while not performing work . C . Installation of New Roll - up Doors 1 ) Contractor shall furnish and install 20 new vented commercial - grade steel section doors , with insulation and windows , that match or are equivalent to the existing doors in the Repair Shop .
