Project Goals The primary goals of this network refresh project are to :  Improve network performance , reliability , and security across both facilities  Enhance wireless coverage and capacity to support high - density educational environments  Implement modern network management capabilities  Support current and future educational technology initiatives  Ensure compliance with educational data security requirements  Provide scalability for future growth and technology adoption  Upgrade uninterruptable power supplies deployed in TEC closet A and B Scope of Services  The awarded contractor will conduct a comprehensive site survey of both the TEC Building and Wilson Talent Center to determine optimal placement of network equipment  Perform wireless RF analysis to identify coverage requirements and potential interference issues  Develop a detailed migration plan  Create network diagrams showing the proposed solution architecture  Develop a project implementation timeline that minimizes disruption to educational activities
