LOT 1 - Lyme Disease ( LY ) MEET SPECIFICATIONS LOT 1 Specifications - in addition to the General Bid Specifications . YES NO 1 . Samples must be liquid , human serum based or defibrinated plasma . 2 . Sample volume must be at least 0 . 5 mL . 3 . Vendor must prepare a minimum of two sample formulations per calendar year . 4 . Vendor must provide two events per calendar year with three samples per event . 5 . WSLH PT will have the ability to select from the levels of material offered and will determine the labeling order for each sample . 6 . Sample must contain the following analytes : IgG antibody to Borrelia burgdorferi , IgM antibody to Borrelia burgdorferi . 7 . Each of the analytes listed in Specification 6 must be present at a detectable reactive level ( not borderline / equivocal ) in at least two of the 6 samples annually . 8 . All positive samples must contain both IgG and IgM antibodies . LOT 2 - Helicobacter pylori Antibody ( HL ) MEET SPECIFICATIONS LOT 2 Specifications - in addition to the General Bid Specifications . YES NO 1 . Samples must be liquid , human serum based or defibrinated plasma . 2 . Sample volume must be a minimum of a 0 . 5 mL , but preferably 1 . 0 mL . 3 . Sample volume must be at least 1 . 0 mL . 3 . Challenges must target the low , medium , and high end of the analytical range for each analyte . 4 .
