Impact Fee Facility Plan & Impact Fee Analysis

Riverton City is looking to hire a consultant ( s ) to update the City ’ s Impact Fee Facilities Plans ( IFFP ) and the Impact Fee Analysis ’ ( IFA ). Each of the IFFP updates should include as a minimum : Task 1 : Identify Service Area – The service area for each IFFP may have been defined in the 2017 IFFPs but there is not a write up of the boundary . It may have been assumed the service area is the City ’ s current boundary . This will need to be evaluated and addressed . It should be noted that a development agreement exists with Land Reserve ( Previously Suburban Land Reserve ), which froze the impact fees in that specific development area and will be excluded from these IFFPs and the following IFAs . Task 2 : Inventory Existing Facilities – Evaluate and identify current infrastructure to establish the existing “ level of service ”. The existing “ level of service ” is provided in each of the 2017 IFFPs but will need to be studied to determine if they are still valid .
