Synopsis / Solicitation 83310122Q0055 – ANNOUNCEMENT Pertinent information regarding this Synopsis / Solicitation, along with terms and conditions, is below: i) NOTICE This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart  12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as an (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. (iv) This requirement is set-aside for small, disadvantaged business (SDB). A notice regarding any set-aside and the associated NAICS code for this requirement is: 541513, with a business size standard of $ 32.5M. (v) Applicable line items quantities, and units of measure (including option(s), if applicable). (vi) Description of requirements for the items/supplies to be acquired, are shown herein. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery will be EXIM HQ. . (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition along with applicable addenda. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, will apply, and the specific evaluation criteria to be included, are shown herein. (x) Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its offer. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the clause. (xii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition, with additional clauses applicable as shown herein.
