Description | Firework Show Components a . Proposer must be available to conduct firework show on Thursday , July 2 , 2026 for Year One . If the Agreement is extended for the optional two one - year extensions , firework show will be conducted on a date mutually agreed upon in writing by City and Contractor . b . Development and production of a 15 – 20 - minute customized fireworks display The show must include but is not limited to : i . A diverse array of effects and vibrant colors . ii . A grand finale . c . Synchronized Music i . Provide synchronized music to accompany the fireworks show . ii . Music must be mutually agreed upon for the fireworks show . iii . The City will provide a sound technician to collaborate with the Contractor on announcements and music during the show . d . Acquire all necessary equipment for the fireworks show , including the services of trained and licensed pyrotechnicians . |
