Four Quadruple ICP Mass Spectrometer . Computer controller with monitor , keyboard , mouse , and printer . MS Office installed on computer . ICPMS computer software including analytics , must be able to control ICP , MS , and autosampler . A chiller . Autosampler must support several different sized vials . Include a line conditioner for the instrument . A collision Cell which can accommodate gases that react with either the analyte or interferent in a controlled and reliable manner , efficiently removing interferences and preventing side reactions from taking place . The cell must be able to switch between modes ( no gas , helium , pure ammonia ) within a minimum setting of 10 seconds to ensure that the cell is properly pressurized and that all three modes can be incorporated into a practical single method . Reaction ( DRC ) mode with selection of up to four reaction gases simultaneously via four gas channels . A typical < 0 . 7 amu mass resolution ( with custom resolution < 0 . 3 amu ) must be achievable . Extended Dynamic Range with linear dynamic range to 1012 . The cone interface should be easy to remove and clean without opening the vacuum chamber . All system units should have been developed and produced under a quality system certified to ISO 9001 .
