This amendment corrects CLIN 2004 to read service should be performed two days per week (Monday and Thursday) and to correct the email address listed on page 21 to read Kari.Hughes@usda.gov. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 127EAY26Q0064 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for janitorial services (includes cleaning services, and janitorial supplies and consumables such as paper products, chemicals, tools and equipment), and routine maintenance services, at the White Mountain Ranger Station & Visitor Center, Mount Whitney Ranger Station Administrative Site, and the Mt. Whitney Eastern Sierra Visitor Center on the Inyo National Forest. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720 The small business size standard is $22M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. The site visit should take 2.5 – 3.5 hours as we will visit all three sites with a 1 hr drive between two of the sites. Offerors or quoters are encouraged to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
