• Assist in the risk assessment of the University ’ s IT environment . • Assist in the development and execution of the internal audit plan as it relates to IT auditing . • Performance of IT internal audits including : o Participation in bi - monthly status report meetings . o Supervision of IT audit staff . o Audit scoping and planning , including initial risk assessment . o Audit program development . o Execution of fieldwork . o Preparation of audit workpapers . o Identification of deficiencies . o Propose remediation solutions to mitigate risks . o Prepare IT internal audit reports . o Follow - up on implementation of recommendations . o Transfer of knowledge gained during IT audits . • At the completion of each IT audit , the Contractor will deliver a complete set of audit workpapers including an audit report using the University ’ s standard report format .
