OBJECTIVE AND GOALS ATRS is seeking to develop requirements for ATRS ’ s future technological modernization vision in conjunction with business process improvement , as well as review and analyze existing data sets , data governance , and data architecture to determine whether or not they are sufficient to meet ATRS ’ s future technological modernization vision . The general framework for the vision is set out in ATRS ’ s Strategic Plan ( see the ATRS Strategic Plan 2024 found here for reference ), but the Contractor ’ s services will inform ATRS ’ s ultimate path . Goals include : • Assessing systems based Strategic Plan goals , customer service goals , information technology goals , and industry best practices for business and technology operations of pension administrators . • Assessing ATRS processes and anticipated or recommended future - system needs while avoiding duplication of effort and while ensuring both functional and process - related considerations are optimized at all times • Developing a foundation for one or more future RFPs for pension administration ( PAS ), accounting , and / or investment systems to supplement or replace current ATRS IT Systems
