The initiative aims to strengthen participatory governance, transparency, accountability, and government responsiveness by enabling continuous, technology‑enabled engagement between citizens and public institutions.Objective of the Challenge:The objective of the Innovation Challenge is tostrengthen participatory governance, transparency, and accountability in Lesothoby developing a secure, inclusive, and technology-enabled digital platform that institutionalises continuous citizen engagement.
