Construction of 2.1x2.1m concrete masonry powerhouse with concrete roof slab, cement plaster finished, painted: waterproof, installation of 2”dia #40 distribution post: installation of electrical wires and fixtures for service areas. Installation of 32”LED TV for community with satellite signal (plus 1 mo. Subscription) 2,795,527.67 20% DF-CAFMIP 60 CDBidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “PASS/FAIL” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Interested parties are required to attend the Pre-Bid Conference.Pre Bid Conference is required for the projects with an ABC of 1 million and above. For those projects below 1 million, pre bid conference is optional at the discretion of the BAC.All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in Instruction to Bidders.
