GASOU is seeking a consultant to assist with the following : Employee Engagement Survey , Leadership Training , Strategic Planning Leadership Scope of Work Deliverables : Employee Engagement Consulting and Support Administer an Employee Engagement Survey including benchmarking items aligned to other higher education institutions ( September - March ) Work with the President , the Office of Institutional Engagement , and other designated executives to review the current survey and gather input on potential modifications / updates to inform the revision process , as needed . Create a work plan for administering , analyzing , and rolling out the survey Work with the Office of Institutional Engagement , Human Resources , Information Technology , and other designated departments to prepare for administration Work with the Office of Institutional Engagement , Communications and Marketing , and other designated departments to develop and employ communication plans for survey administration , rollout , and action planning . Administer the survey to all identified employees Monitor administration by providing updates and follow - up communication during the administration of the survey Flag comments that may violate Equal Opportunity and Title IX policies for redaction consideration . Create and distribute Employee Engagement Results reports for the institution and provide reports for leaders at each defined leadership level with five ( 5 ) or more survey respondents . The leadership levels include : Supervisor Department Leadership Institutional Leadership Executive Leadership Executive Vice - President Leadership President Leadership Ensure confidentiality of the survey process throughout administration , analysis , and results reporting . Train leaders on the employee engagement survey roll out process ( March - September ) Work with the President and designated executives to create a presentation with institutional results to campus constituents . Work with the President and designated executives to share institutional results at a Town Hall Train leaders and supervisors on the survey roll out process : Provide three virtual training sessions Provide a 1 – 2 - page reference resource for leaders Provide individual support as needed Leadership Development Consulting and Support Facilitate four ( 4 ) Leadership Development Institutes with a defined group of leaders ( August - May ) Work with the President , the Office of Organizational Effectiveness , and other designated executives on the agenda and frameworks Develop sessions for department leaders and chairs on leadership skills Deliver in - person training sessions for department leaders and chairs quarterly Provide follow - ups and check - ins with key leaders . Leadership Development Resources : ( Continual ) Provide guidance on aspects of continuous improvement and leadership development education for campus leadership development institute participants : 70 Executive and Institutional Leaders ( position specific )
