Collaboration & Capacity Building 1 . Participate in weekly coordination meetings ( virtual or in - person ) with Agency staff to align goals , review progress , and address implementation challenges . 2 . Participate in monthly collaborative planning sessions with school leaders , schoolbased literacy coaches , general educators , and special educators to review student data and inform instructional decision making . 3 . Maintain daily ( if needed ) communication ( via email , phone , or virtual meetings ) with school - based literacy coaches to provide implementation support throughout the term of the contract . 4 . Attend monthly literacy leadership team meetings at participating schools serving in the role of the State Instructional Coach as needed . 5 . Design and deliver professional development on a quarterly basis to build the capacity of the school - based coach ( es ) to implement instructional coaching . 6 . Provide daily ( if needed ) support to school - based literacy coaches in evidencebased instructional practices , assessment use , and data analysis to build their capacity . Coaching and Implementation Supports 7 . Strengthen and sustain the capacity of school - based literacy coaches to deliver high - quality instructional coaching to K – 4 general and special educators in the implementation of structured literacy , through biweekly coaching meetings and ongoing professional support . 8 . Maintain continuous support for school - based coaches in implementing the NH Coaching Framework and coaching cycle . a .
