The scope includes pathology specimens, medicines and pharmacy items, sterile services items, clinical equipment, podiatry equipment, consumables, post, parcels and agreed ad hoc movements. Services include route management, tracking and delivery visibility, incident escalation, business continuity, performance reporting and continuous improvement. |
