This announcement is Request for Information (RFI) with adjoining attachments. The purpose of this RFI Market Research Purposes only and to gain industry feedback. Response to this RFI is strictly voluntary and will not affect any firm's ability to submit an offer if, or when, a solicitation is released. GENERAL INFORMATION: The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) anticipates a requirement that is being considered under NAICS Code 541990. The size standard associated with this NAICS code is $34,000,000. The Product Service Code is R423 – Support-Professional: Intelligence. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to provide professional Information Technology support services for software, hardware, storage, and network connectivity to all IGEA sites as defined in the PWS. This includes network administration, field service representatives, accreditation, compliance documentation, and direct end-user support for a variety of operational initiatives which include highly sensitive intelligence functions.
