Classification of the products to be procured : 1 Nature and quantity of the products to be rent : Integrated Hospital Information System Set Type of the procurement : Rent Basi requirements of the procurement : A The system must equally integrate the clinical information system, the nursing information system and the accounting system that used be unequally unified in our hospital, for the purpose of contribution to the community medicineand of the effective administration of our business in terms of the comprehensive assistance for our clinical service, with various hospital management functions, i.e. risk management functions for patient safety/security and outcome management functions like financial analyses or care process evaluations. B The system must have the functions required for the disclosure of medical records, for the analysis of medical risk-factors for the appraisal by a third party, and satisfy "Guidelines on Safety Management of Medical Information System (6th Edition)" by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare in 2017. C The system must consist of the core system, the departmental system, the liaison/patient service system and common infrastructure system. D To reduce the user's workload, the usability of client terminals in the system must be unifor mly managed with high-order man machine interfaces ; the redundant data input by the user must be avoided by the effective liaison between each function of the system and the existent subsystem. E The existent subsystems and medical equipment must work as they do in our current environment by being connected to the system through the current network. F The system must demonstrate a "consecutive24-hour-365-day" availability with a reliable and appropriate performance. G The system must have the competent functions for the security administration and for the trouble prevention. Comprehensive framework for the system maintenance must be demonstrated to provide the immediate maintenance/recovery service. H Technical information or specialized knowledge for handling the system must be provided with the users through proper instructions. I All clinical and administrative data stored in the current hospital information system must be transferred converted to and be available through the new system. The technical information for transferring the data in the new system to other system must be provided with our hospital in case of necessity. Our hospital must be granted permission to give the information to a third party, limiting its use to the data convention.
