Description | Please note : This is a Sole Source Notification . The Missouri Department of Revenue requires the addition of contract change request 94 to the contract for the increase in scope and cost for implementing Tobacco Tax to their existing Integrated Tax System referred to as Revenue Premier from Revenue Solutions , Inc ( RSI ). RSI is the proprietary owner of the core code that supports the Integrated Tax System . Due to the complexity of the code for the system , a qualified team of trained and experienced in the COTS product must be available to support the daily operations of the system and to provide enhancements . These RSI team members must apply monthly upgrades , make configuration changes , test and monitor performance . RSI is the only feasible source for these services required for the existing system . |
