Description | This synopsis is to announce that MICC-Fort Carson intends to award sole source firm fixed-price contract to B.W. Secure. using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. If no affirmative written responses are received by 7 April 2026, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. |
