Description | This notice is to provide the Justification and Approval for the award of a sole-source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, as implemented by RFO 6.103-1. The award is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to provide technical and analytical support services for the Aviation Cost Evaluation System (ACES) to sustain and enhance ACES, which is the authoritative system used by Commander, Naval Air Forces (CNAF) for calculating and defending the Flying Hour Program (FHP) budget. |
