The determination of this Sole Source purchase is based on the following requirements : Description of Service or Product required : The chamber and heater must have ensured compatibility with each other . The heater must reach a real temperature of ≥ 1000 ° C , with the ability to apply a DC voltage bias to the substrate is extremely unique . The chamber must have ≥ 4x 4 . 5 ” substrate facing ports . The chamber must have already , or include the ability to install , ≥ 4x 2 . 75 ” substrate facing ports for future expansion ; 1x normal incidence viewport , and ≥ 3 sets of opposing incidence viewports with substrate access .
