Description | ECDC currently occupies a building located at Gustav III:s Boulevard 40, 169 73 Solna, with a total floor area of 9.407 m2. The space is divided in five (5) floors, plus a basement and a rooftop. In the context of ECDC’s Workplace Transformation project, ECDC is looking to procure interior design services, to propose interior design solutions for ECDC premises, aiming in transforming the existing conventional office-based space of formal design, • to an activity-based one, with a variety of collaboration / focused work / meeting / common area spaces, under a meet-socialize-connect approach • of a creative style and • with flexibility/ease of reajustment to different modes of work in the future which might require different office presence arrangements The contractor will be required to propose three (3) design alternatives and produce a maquette for one of the proposed designs, following ECDC’s approval. |
