Description | The Yupiit School District is seeking multi - year contract bids for district - wide internet services with options for increasing bandwidth over the life of the contract . These school sites are located in Akiachak , Tuluksak and Akiak . Bids shall include download speeds from 25 Mbps to 200 Mbps for growth and comparison . The bandwidth 25 Mbps and 100 Mbps are required to be included in the submitted quote . Costs for eligible and ineligible services must be separated . The District will consider multi - year pricing up to three ( 3 ) years with mutually agreed upon extensions . Service must be guaranteed with a start date of July 1 , 2026 . The district is not interested in receiving proposals that are data - capped . Proposals must also include service level agreement plan descriptions , contention ratio , and pricing per Mbps for both upload and download speeds . The successful bidder shall be able to provide discounted billing and invoice USAC via SPI mode upon request . Bids should include costs in increments between the minimum and maximum requested bandwidth . |
