The objective of this NRFP is for ICBC to identify an IPM solution that provides required visibility from “ outside - in ” vantage points between an enrolled ICBC managed endpoint or ICBC location and a web service hosted internally or in the Cloud . The solution will have " vantage points " distributed across the globe where they can look from the outside - in , and how the subscriber ( e . g . ICBC ) reaches certain services ( e . g . SaaS , MS Teams ). Those vantage points will help ICBC more quickly rule out issues affecting groups of users . See more
