Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 2 Nature and quantity of services to be required : Introduction, Operation, and Operational Support of OA Groupware-Related Services (2028) ; set Type of the procurement : Require Basi requirements of the procurement : ⒜ Security Functions ・Functions provided by Microsoft 36 E5, such as integrated authentication (Entra ID), device management (Intune), EDR functions (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint), SIEM functions (Sentinel), and electroni certificate functions (Cloud PKI), shall be provided with functionality equivalent to or better than the current functions. ・The service shall include a tool that enables efficient management of smartphones lent by JST. The tool shall be able to manage both iO and Android smartphones and shall be usable together with Intune. ⒝ Groupware Functions ・The groupware functions provided by Microsoft 36 E5, including the portal start page, email/calendar (Exchange), Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 36 applications, shall provide functions equivalent to or better than the current functions. ・The portal function, which serves as the start page, shall be capable of automati updating. The portal start page shall be displayed in a browser and shall support Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. ⒞ Additional Email Functions ・Additional email functions, such as email misdelivery prevention and automati separation of email attachments, are not provided by Microsoft 36 E5. Therefore, these functions shall be implemented by integrating separate services, such as through SSO. ・The email misdelivery prevention function shall include functions such as holding emails addressed to external recipients. When both external and internal recipients are included, the function shall be capable of holding only the external recipients. ・The email misdelivery prevention function shall allow senders to display a list of held emails, review the relevant emails, and release holds individually. ・The automati email attachment separation function shall be capable of notifying the recipient of the URL and password in the same email so that the recipient is not confused. ・The recipient confirmation function shall display a screen, or provide an alternative function, that enables the sender to identify the recipient's organization, position, and differences among persons with the same surname when sending an email. ・Even if a failure occurs in any of the additional email function services, the Exchange email service shall not be stopped ; or, if it is stopped, the email function shall be restored to an available state within a short time, within one to two hours. ⒟ Meeting Room List Display and Reservation Function ・The service shall provide a function to display a list of meeting rooms, including equipment, that cannot be implemented using the Exchange calendar, and shall enable users to check reservation status and make reservations from the list. ・The list display screen shall be capable of automati updating. ⒠ File Sharing Function ・JST uses Box for external file sharing ; however, this function shall be provided as a means of file sharing with external sharing destinations that cannot use Box. ・The JST domain address (jst.go.jp) shall be able to be added to file-sharing URLs. ・The system administrator shall be able to delete any folder or file on the file-sharing service. ⒡ Workflow Function ・The approximately 20 types of forms used in the current workflow function shall be usable as they are. ・The current workflow data, including attached files, shall be transferable as they are. ⒢ Cross-Search Function ・The service shall enable cross-search across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Box provided by Microsoft 36 E5. ⒣ Virtual Deskto and Virtual PC Functions ・The same functions as the standard PCs provided by JST shall be provided through virtual desktops and virtual PCs. ・The virtual deskto and virtual PC shall operate on Windows PCs and Apple Ma computers. ⒤ Account Management Function ・The service shall provide a function for centrally managing accounts for the functions provided by the next groupware system. ・The function shall be able to link with accounts for Microsoft 36 E and the other functions described above, as well as with Active Directory. Addition, deletion, and modification of accounts shall be performed only through this account management function, and the data shall be linked to other services. ・For account reorganization processing related to organizational restructuring and personnel transfers conducted at the end of the fiscal year and other times, the processing within this account management system shall be completed in approximately 1 minutes, excluding the processing time for linkage with other systems such as Microsoft 365.
